Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven heats up, heat up your olive oil in large cast iron skillet over medium.

Then add in your salmon, cook for a minute, and turn over. Then add in your butter, sprinkle with dill, salt, and chives, and cook for 2 minutes.

Next place your skillet in oven, and bake for 10 minutes.
Wash your rice next and bring large pot of water to boil. Cook rice in water for 10 minutes, drain.

Using a small cast iron pan, heat up your extra virgin olive oil, add cumin seeds, sauté for a minute, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, remove from heat, and drizzle over rice. Serve rice with Dill Butter Salmon and enjoy.
