Tasty Salmon in Dill Butter with Some Rice

Salmon is one of the best types of fish to prepare if you are looking for a quick and easy seafood dish to prepare. When paired with a handful of rice this recipe makes a dish that is perfect for nearly any occasion.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 Fillets Salmon Fillets Fresh
  • 2 tbsp Dill Fresh and Finely Chopped
  • 4 tbsp Butter Slightly Melted
  • 1 tbsp Chives Finely Chopped
  • 1 tbsp Salt
  • Dash Olive Oil Extre Virgin

Ingredients for Lemon Rice

  • 1 Cup Rice White
  • 2 Lemon Small in Size and Juiced
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
  • 1 tsp Salt for taste
  • Dash Olive oil Extra Virgin

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While your oven heats up, heat up your olive oil in large cast iron skillet over medium.

  • Then add in your salmon, cook for a minute, and turn over. Then add in your butter, sprinkle with dill, salt, and chives, and cook for 2 minutes.
    4 Fillets Salmon Fillets
  • Next place your skillet in oven, and bake for 10 minutes.
  • Wash your rice next and bring large pot of water to boil. Cook rice in water for 10 minutes, drain.
    1 Cup Rice
  • Using a small cast iron pan, heat up your extra virgin olive oil, add cumin seeds, sauté for a minute, add lemon juice, salt, black pepper, remove from heat, and drizzle over rice. Serve rice with Dill Butter Salmon and enjoy.
