Ingredients
  

  • 4 Ounce 6 Chicken Breasts Boneless and Skinless
  • 1 Onion Medium in Size and Diced Finely
  • 1 tablespoon of Ginger Grated
  • 2 Thai Chilies Minced
  • ½ teaspoons of Cloves Ground
  • ½ teaspoons of Cardamom Ground
  • ½ teaspoons of Garam Masala
  • 1 teaspoon of Salt for Taste
  • 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper for Taste
  • 2 Tomatoes Large In Size and Diced Finely
  • Dash of Olive Oil Extra Virgin

Instructions
 

  • Slice chicken breasts into 1” cubes.
    4 Ounce 6 Chicken Breasts
  • Heat 4 Tablespoons olive oil in cast iron deep skillet, add chicken. Brown and remove to plate.
    Dash of Olive Oil, 4 Ounce 6 Chicken Breasts
  • In the same skillet, add onion, cloves, cardamom. Sauté for a minute, add ginger, sauté for another minute. Add in your remaining ingredients, and simmer on low for 20 minutes.
    1 Onion, 1 tablespoon of Ginger, 2 Thai Chilies, ½ teaspoons of Cloves, ½ teaspoons of Cardamom, ½ teaspoons of Garam Masala, 1 teaspoon of Salt for Taste, 1 teaspoon of Black Pepper for Taste, 2 Tomatoes
  • Serve with a side of rice or some flatbread.
