Tasty Asiago Chicken with Mushroom Pasta

- 4 Chicken Breasts Boneless and Skinless
- ½ Cup of Asiago Cheese Shredded
- 1 Cup of Chicken Stock Low Sodium
- ½ Cup of Butter Slightly Melted
- 8 Mushrooms Crimini Style and Stemmed
- 2 teaspoons of Salt for Taste
- 1 ½ Cup of Penne your Favorite Brand
Bring pot of slightly salted water to a rolling boil and cook your pasta until it is al dente.

While your pasta cooks preheat your oven to 350 degrees. While the oven is warming up slice your mushrooms in quarters and set aside.
Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt and slice against the grain into ½” wide strips.

Melt butter in a cast iron deep skillet, add chicken breast, brown. Add mushroom, sauté for 2 minutes.
8 Mushrooms, 4 Chicken Breasts
Add in your chicken stock, pasta, and sprinkle with Asiago cheese. Cover skillet with aluminum foil, and bake in oven for 20 minutes. Serve your chicken you’re your pasta and enjoy.
